If your eSIM profile cannot be installed or fails to connect due to technical carrier issues that our 24/7 support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a 100% full refund or an immediate replacement eSIM.
eSIM packages are delivered digitally via email and on-screen QR codes immediately upon successful payment verification. Validity of the plan starts either upon initial cellular network connection at the destination or upon purchase date depending on the package specification.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their mobile device is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM technology prior to purchase. You can verify device eligibility on our Device Compatibility page.
Data allowances are prepaid. Unlimited plans may be subject to fair usage policies (FUP) imposed by local telecommunications operators to prevent network congestion, after which high-speed priority may throttle to standard speeds until the next daily cycle.
Unused and unactivated eSIM profiles can be refunded within 30 days of purchase upon request to our support team. Once an eSIM profile is activated and data transmission has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical failures.
